RETURNS
You may return your order within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, with their original tags attached and in their original packaging.
RETURN AN ORDER
To start a return, simply access our returns portal using the link below.
Once your return request has been submitted, you will receive an email with all the instructions to complete the return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
REFUND
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they comply with our return policy.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for your purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
IMPORTANT
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and free from any damage.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
