Important Information
- Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. are dispatched on the next business day.
- Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched.
Pickup Point
- You can select your preferred Pickup Point during checkout.
- If you do not select one, the nearest available Pickup Point to your address will be assigned automatically.
- Once your order has been dispatched, the selected Pickup Point cannot be changed.
Delivery Issues
- If an order is refused or not collected within the carrier's collection period, it will be returned to our warehouse.
- The shipping and return costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking information.
