How to Redeem MY POINTS for DISCOUNTS
To redeem your points and get discounts on your purchases, follow these steps:
Step by step
- Sign in to your customer account.
- Go to the MY POINTS I CLUB BAMBOLA section.
- Check your points balance.
- Choose the reward you’d like to redeem your points for.
Available rewards

Important: discounts obtained by redeeming points cannot be applied to sale items.
How to apply your discount
Once you’ve redeemed your points for a reward, you’ll receive a discount code:
- Copy the code.
- Add the items you’d like to your basket.
- Enter the code in the discount code field at checkout.
- The discount will be applied automatically before you complete your purchase.
