We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

All orders received before 10:00 AM will be attempted to be shipped the same day, excluding weekends.
To choose the PICKUP POINT, once the payment for the order has been made, a list will appear where the customer will select their preferred pickup point.
If no delivery point has been selected, it will be sent to the closest one to the indicated address.
Once the order has left our warehouse, IT cannot be modified for the delivery point.
All shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
The shipping cost for both the outgoing and return shipments of all orders that are returned due to being undeliverable or not picked up at the post office, Citypaq, or Punto Pack InPost will be deducted.
