Important Information
- Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. are dispatched on the next business day.
- The delivery time starts from the moment your order has been dispatched.
Pickup Point
- You can choose your pickup point during checkout (when available for the selected shipping method).
- If you do not select one, the nearest available pickup point will be assigned automatically.
- Once your order has been dispatched, the pickup point cannot be changed.
Delivery Issues
- If an order is refused or not collected within the carrier's collection period, it will be returned to our warehouse.
- The shipping and return costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking information.
