You can request a refund of the amount or make a change of items, WITH A MARGIN OF 15 DAYS SINCE YOU RECEIVE IT IN YOUR HOME and we only accept items that have not been used and are in perfect condition.
RETURN AN ITEM
You can manage your return directly from our website, by clicking on PROCESS RETURN or you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your order number, the items you want to return.
Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with the return label so that you can print it and paste it on the package of your return and be able to deliver it to any Post Office.
If you cannot print the label, go to the post office with the email we have sent you and the post office will print it.
This return method has a cost of €3, which will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.
