All orders placed from November 28 to January 5 can be returned until January 20.

If you placed your order before November 28, you have 15 days to return it from the time you receive it.

Returned products must be in perfect condition and not have been used.

You can manage your return directly from our returns center by clicking on START RETURN

Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with the return label so you can print it and attach it to your return package and deliver it at any Correos office.

If you cannot print the label, go to the Correos office with the email we sent you and they will print it for you at the office.

NO we make DIRECT CHANGES.

In case you want to exchange a product for another, you will need to request the return from the returns center and deliver the package at Correos, and independently, on the other hand, make a new order for the items you want.
