RETURNS IN SPAIN
You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return through your customer account. Once approved, we’ll send you a label so you can drop off your parcel at Correos.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A €4 fee per return request is deducted from your refund. We do not offer direct exchanges or home collection.
