RETURNS

You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

RETURNING AN ORDER

To request a return, sign in to your customer account, open your order history and select the relevant order. You can submit your return request directly from the order page.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email with all the instructions you need to complete your return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will check that the items meet the conditions of our returns policy.

If your return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

IMPORTANT

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and free from damage.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
