Refund policy


You can request a refund of the amount or make a change of items, WITH A MARGIN OF 15 DAYS SINCE YOU RECEIVE IT IN YOUR HOME and we only accept items that have not been used and are in perfect condition.

You can manage your return or change directly from our website, by accessing HEREOr you can send us an email to, indicating your order number and the items you want to return or exchange.

Once approved, you will receive an email with the return label so that you can print it and paste it on the package of your return and be able to deliver it to any post office.

If you cannot print the label, go to the post office with the email that we have sent you and they will print it for you.

The return using the label that we send you has a cost of €3, which will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

You can also ship the return yourself, sending the items to us at the address specified in the next step.

If you send the return on your own, you will be credited the full amount you paid.

If you want to change it for another article, tell us the reference of the new article/s. You can send us the change on your own or we can manage it through the systemSHIPPING WITH RETURN (delivery and collection at the same time).

ONLY, if the change is MANAGED BY US, it has a cost of €3, which will be paid before sending the new order.

We will send you a link by email, from which you can make the payment.

Once they arrive and we check that the items are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount.

If you paid for AGAINST REFUND, and you want the refund of the amount, an account number will be requested to be able to make the deposit of the refund.
