We ship to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Portugal.
We do NOT ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

All orders received before 10:00 AM will be processed for same-day shipping whenever possible, excluding weekends.
To choose the PICK-UP POINT, once the order has been paid, a list will appear for the customer to select their preferred collection point.
If no pick-up point is selected, the order will be shipped to the one closest to the provided address.
Once the order has left our warehouse, the pick-up point cannot be changed.
All shipments and deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Shipping costs for both the outbound and return journey will be deducted from all orders returned due to failed delivery or not being collected from Correos, Citypaq, or Punto Pack InPost.

Orders to Belgium, the Netherlands, and France are delivered ONLY to a MONDIAL RELAY PICK-UP POINT.
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO HOME ADDRESSES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
For orders shipped to a PICK-UP POINT, once payment is completed, a list will appear so the customer can choose their preferred collection point.
If no pick-up point is selected, the order will be sent to the nearest one based on the address provided.
