Returns SPAIN (CHRISTMAS)

You can request a refund or make an exchange of items, WITH A DEADLINE UNTIL JANUARY 10, 2022 (EXTENDED PERIOD CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN) and we only accept items that have not been used and are in perfect condition.

RETURN AN ITEM

You can manage your return directly from our website by clicking HERE or you can send us an email at devoluciones@bambolashop.net, indicating your order number, the items you want to return, and the return method you prefer.

There are 2 methods to make a return

-RETURN WITH OUR LABEL-

Once approved, you will receive an email with the return label so you can print it and stick it on your return package to deliver it at any post office.

If you cannot print the label, go to the post office with the email we sent you and they will print it for you.

This return method has a cost of 3€, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

-RETURN WITH ANY COMPANY OF YOUR CHOICE-

You can also send the return on your own, sending us the items to the address specified below.

If you send the return on your own, the total amount you paid will be refunded.

 

Once we receive and check that the items are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount.

CHANGE AN ITEM

 If you want to exchange an item received, you can manage it from the RETURN CENTER, or you can send us an email at devoluciones@bambolashop.net, indicating your order number, the items you want to exchange, and the reference of the new item/s. 
The exchange will be made through the system RETURN SHIPPING (delivery and pickup at the same time).
This service has a cost of 3€, which will be paid before making the shipment of the new order.
We will send you a link by email, from which you can make the payment and the instructions to make the exchange.
