You can manage your return directly from our return center, by clicking on Return
Once the return is approved, you will receive an email with the return label so you can print it and paste in the package of your return and be able to deliver it to any post office.
If you cannot print the label, see the post office with the mail that we have sent you and in the office they will print it.

In the event that you want to change one product for another, you will have to request the return from the return center and deliver the package in emails and independently and on the other hand make a new order of the items you want.
Once we get and review that the articles are in perfect condition, we will process the refund of the amount paid.
