Returns SPAIN (CHRISTMAS)

You can request a refund of the amount or make a change of items,  WITH A MARGIN OF UP TO JANUARY 10, 2022 (EXTENDED PERIOD CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN) and we only accept items that have not been used and are in perfect condition.

RETURN AN ITEM

You can manage your return directly from our website, by clicking HERE or you can send us an email to devoluciones@bambolashop.net, indicating your order number, the items you want to return and the return method you prefer.

There are 2 methods to make a return

-RETURN WITH OUR LABEL-

Once approved, you will receive an email with the return label so that you can print it and paste it on the package of your return and be able to deliver it to any Post Office.

If you cannot print the label, go to the post office with the email we have sent you and the post office will print it.

This return method has a cost of €3, which will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

-RETURN WITH ANY COMPANY OF YOUR CHOICE-

You can also ship the return yourself by sending the items to us at the address specified below.

If you send the return on your own, you will be credited the full amount you paid.

 

Once they arrive and we check that the items are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount.

CHANGE AN ITEM

 If you want to change an item received, you can manage it from the RETURNS CENTER, O you can send us an email to devoluciones@bambolashop.net, indicating your order number, the items you want to change and the reference of the new article/s. 
The change will be made through the system SHIPPING WITH RETURN (delivery and collection at the same time).
This service has a cost of €3, which will be paid before sending the new order.
We will send you a link by email, from which you can make the payment and the instructions to make the change.
